How does the timer work?
Vunolin's timer is a simple tool that helps you stay focused while you study, and it works in two modes.
Two modes:
- Pomodoro: it runs a focus period, then gives you a short break; this cycle keeps your attention fresh over a long stretch.
- Stopwatch: it counts elapsed time upward; ideal when you want to freely measure how long you've studied.
How Pomodoro works:
- It starts with a default 25 minutes of focus + 5 minutes of break; if you like, you can pick one of the 50/10 or 90/20 presets or set the durations yourself.
- When the focus period ends, a break screen covers the display and invites you to take a short breather; when the break is over, you return to focus.
Where to open it:
- Open the Timer section on your dashboard, choose the Pomodoro or Stopwatch tab, and start.
Keep in mind:
- Your timer keeps running even if you leave the page or refresh it; when you come back, you find it right where you left off.
