I'm having a problem with my subscription
Most subscription problems sort themselves out by checking your plan's status and waiting a few minutes.
Check your plan first:
- Open the Subscription page from your account to see your current plan and next renewal date.
Common situations:
- If your plan doesn't appear active right after payment, the transaction may still be processing; wait a few minutes.
- If you see the wrong plan or an unexpected renewal, check it from your panel.
- Billing errors like a double or incorrect charge are always refunded.
- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, renewals and billing are managed by that store; you can check your subscription from the store's settings.
