How do I delete my account?

If you're sure you want to delete your account, here's how.

Steps:

1. Open your Profile page.
2. Scroll to the very bottom.
3. Tap the red Delete my account permanently link.
4. In the confirmation box, type "DELETE" in capital letters and tap the red Delete account button.

If you sign in again within 14 days, your account is reactivated.

Important, deletion is permanent:

• All your courses, progress, notes and stats are removed permanently.
• We can't bring them back; you can register again with the same email, but past content won't return.
• Cancel any active subscription BEFORE deleting (see How do I cancel?); otherwise your store keeps billing the renewal.

Just want a break? Downgrading from a paid plan to the Free plan keeps your account open; you can come back whenever you like. Still not sure? Email contact@vunolin.com first; we'd rather solve whatever the problem is than lose you.
