How do I delete my account?
If you're sure you want to delete your account, you can do it in a few steps, and the process stays reversible for 14 days.
Steps:
- Open the My Profile page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap the red Delete My Account link; a separate account deletion page opens.
- Choose your reason for deleting, enter your password (if you signed in with Google, no password is needed, confirmation alone is enough), and tap the Delete My Account button.
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation window that opens.
Your account isn't deleted immediately: a 14-day waiting period begins, and everything can be undone during that time. If you have an active subscription, it's automatically canceled (your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for), and your session is also signed out.
If you sign back in within 14 days:
You'll see a screen asking you to either restore your account or sign out. If you tap Restore My Account, the deletion is canceled and your account stays exactly as it was, along with all your data.
Once the 14 days are up, the deletion is permanent:
- All your courses, progress data, and statistics are permanently deleted.
- We can't reopen your account; you can sign up again with the same email, but your old content won't come back.
Want a copy of your data?
- From the My Profile page, tap Export to instantly download an Excel file with your account's information; there's no need to request it by email.
If you can't decide: if you just want a break rather than deleting your account, canceling your paid plan and returning to the Free plan is enough; your account stays open and you can come back anytime. If you're still unsure, write to contact@vunolin.com and we'll try to help.
