How do I change my profile information?
To change your profile information, click the profile icon in the top right, select My Profile, then tap the pencil icon at the top (Edit Profile).
What you can change:
- Your first and last name: enter the new values and hit Update Profile.
- Your avatar: tap the profile circle; pick one of the ready-made 3D avatar characters (or the first letter of your name) and a color. Uploading your own photo is no longer available.
Other settings:
- You can change your language and theme preferences from the Preferences section on the My Profile page: My Profile.
- Personal details like gender, date of birth, and phone number are under Settings > Personal information: Personal information.
- Security settings like email or password are under Settings > Security: Security.
You can change your first name, last name, gender, and date of birth up to 3 times a month, and your avatar up to 10 times a month. When you change your first or last name, the new name shows up across all your lessons; your past records aren't affected.
