What are system sounds?

System sounds are the short sound effects you hear in lessons when you answer a question right or wrong, when you earn an achievement, and in alerts.

Where to turn them on or off:

• Open the Sounds section on the Settings page.
• Turn the System sounds toggle that reads "Play sound for answers, achievements, and alerts" on or off however you like.

When you hear them:

• When you answer a question, when you unlock an achievement, and in alerts.
• The change takes effect immediately; you can change it again anytime.
