If you run into a problem or want to ask something, there are a few ways for us to help you.
The fastest:
- Open the Quick support page from your account; the AI support assistant answers most questions instantly.
If that doesn't solve it, create a ticket:
- Tap Create ticket on the Support page and describe your issue; our team will get back to you.
- You can follow the tickets you've opened and their replies from the My Tickets section.
By email:

For faster help:
- Describe the issue clearly and add a screenshot if you can; noting which device and browser you're using speeds up the fix.
