If that doesn't solve it, create a ticket:

• Tap Create ticket on the Support page and describe your issue; our team will get back to you.
• You can follow the tickets you've opened and their replies from the My Tickets section.

• Describe the issue clearly and add a screenshot if you can; noting which device and browser you're using speeds up the fix.
