How do I export my data?

You can download a copy of the information we keep on Vunolin anytime; it takes a few seconds and you don't have to wait for an email.

How to download:

• Open the Export your data page from your account.
• Tap Export; the information tied to your account downloads to your device instantly as an Excel file.

What's in the file:

• Data that belongs to you, like your profile and account information, your subscription and transaction summary, and the names of the courses you've created.

Limit:

• You can export 5 times every 30 days; this is to prevent misuse and won't get in your way in normal use.

Your data is yours:

• This is part of your right to access and move your data. If you want to delete your account entirely, take a look at the How do I delete my account? article.
