Can I get a refund?
Vunolin purchases are not refundable by default, like most digital subscriptions. But there are two clean exceptions and a safety net for billing errors.
Two statutory exceptions:
- UK / EU residents get a 14-day statutory cooling-off period on their first web purchase, as long as the content hasn't been used. You keep this right unless you explicitly waive it at checkout to start learning straight away.
- Duplicate charges, wrong amounts or unauthorised charges are always refunded.
App Store and Google Play purchases follow a different flow:
- Apple → request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play → play.google.com under Order History.
