Can I get a refund?

Like most digital subscriptions, Vunolin purchases are non-refundable by default because content is accessed immediately. But you have refund rights in two clean exceptions and in cases of error.

Refund cases:

  • We offer a 14-day refund window on your first web purchase: if you haven't meaningfully started using the content, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase.
  • For App Store or Google Play purchases, refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google; request your refund from that store (reportaproblem.apple.com or play.google.com).
  • Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized charges are always refunded.
