My payment failed, what should I do?

A failed payment usually stems from your bank's security check, and you can fix it easily with a few simple steps.

Try these first:

  • Try the payment again a few minutes later.
  • Use a different card.
  • Check your card details and limit.
  • Complete your bank's 3D Secure confirmation.

Update your payment method:

  • Web subscription → open the Subscription section from your account and refresh your saved card.
  • App Store or Google Play → update your payment method from that store's settings (Apple ID or Google Play).

If the problem persists:

  • If the transaction still won't go through, reach out to us via Quick support.
