My payment failed, what should I do?
A failed payment usually stems from your bank's security check, and you can fix it easily with a few simple steps.
Try these first:
- Try the payment again a few minutes later.
- Use a different card.
- Check your card details and limit.
- Complete your bank's 3D Secure confirmation.
Update your payment method:
- Web subscription → open the Subscription section from your account and refresh your saved card.
- App Store or Google Play → update your payment method from that store's settings (Apple ID or Google Play).
