Is payment secure?
Yes, payment security on Vunolin is protected in multiple layers. Web payments go through our payments partner Paddle, while App Store and Google Play in-app purchases are processed securely by Apple and Google directly.
Who Paddle is:
- A globally recognised payments platform and merchant of record for software companies; Paddle handles the payment, the invoice and the tax on our behalf.
- Certified at PCI DSS Level 1, the strictest tier of card-industry standards.
- Works directly with Visa, Mastercard and all major banks.
Where your card details go:
- Card details are sent straight to Paddle; they never touch our servers.
- If you save a card for next time, Paddle stores a token, not the full number.
- You can manage your payment method any time from your account page under Subscription.
- If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handles the payment with their own PCI-compliant system; your card number never reaches us or Paddle.
Extra security:
- 3D Secure 2: for higher-risk payments your bank may add a quick verification step like a code, a fingerprint, or an in-app confirmation.
