Take the level test: about ten questions tell us where to start. 3. Start your lessons: the curriculum flows at your pace, moving quickly through what you already know and spending time on your gaps. What are lives and how do they work?

What is the account setup?

When all steps are complete, the setup automatically forwards you to the course setup. Why: The curriculum, level test, lessons, images, and all content are generated based on the language you chose when opening the course. If the language changed later, the curriculum would need to be rewritten. What this means in practice: - If you opened your course in English, all lessons will be in English. - You can create a new course in a different language for the same topic. - For example: you could have an English course and a Spanish course for "Python for beginners", the two are separate courses. Interface language is not the same as course language: - You can change the interface language anytime from the Settings page (menus, buttons, and so on). - Course content stays in its original course language. If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, payment goes through the method on your Apple or Google account (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Cards accepted on the web: - Visa - Mastercard - American Express Your payment is processed through Paddle, using the secure flow you confirm with your bank card. Saving your card: - You can save your card so you don't have to type it in again at the next renewal. - Paddle only stores a token; the full card number never reaches our servers. - You can delete a saved card anytime from Subscription Payment Methods on your dashboard. How do I delete my account?

If you're sure you want to delete your account, you can do it in a few steps, and the process stays reversible for 14 days. Steps: 1. Open the My Profile page. 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. 3. Tap the red Delete My Account link; a separate account deletion page opens. 4. Choose your reason for deleting, enter your password (if you signed in with Google, no password is needed, confirmation alone is enough), and tap the Delete My Account button. 5. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation window that opens. Your account isn't deleted immediately: a 14-day waiting period begins, and everything can be undone during that time. If you have an active subscription, it's automatically canceled (your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for), and your session is also signed out. If you sign back in within 14 days: You'll see a screen asking you to either restore your account or sign out. If you tap Restore My Account, the deletion is canceled and your account stays exactly as it was, along with all your data. Once the 14 days are up, the deletion is permanent: - All your courses, progress data, and statistics are permanently deleted. - We can't reopen your account; you can sign up again with the same email, but your old content won't come back. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security on top of your password; at sign-in, we also ask for a one-time code sent to your email inbox. Even if someone learns your password, they can't get into your account without also reaching the code sent to your email inbox. How 2FA works on Vunolin: - Once enabled, a six-digit code is sent to your email address at every sign-in. - No authenticator app or QR code is needed; it's email-based only. - Two-Factor Authentication is a feature available on paid plans; if you're on the Free plan, you'll need to upgrade first. - That's why you should make sure your email address is verified before turning on 2FA. Steps to turn it on: 1. Open the Security page (Settings Security). 2. Tap the Enable button next to the Two-Factor Authentication card. If you're on the Free plan, an Upgrade button appears instead; you'll need to upgrade your plan before you can turn the card on. 3. Type the six-digit code sent to your email into the window that opens and confirm. 4. Once the code is verified, 2FA is enabled; you'll see a confirmation note below the card showing it's active. For password-based accounts, we send the code straight to your new address; for password-free Google accounts, the code goes to your current address instead. The code is 6 digits, valid for 10 minutes, and you just type it into the box on the same page; there's no link to click. The moment you enter the code correctly, sign-in switches to the new address; the old one no longer works.
